We collect your name, your email address and anything you choose to share with us when you book a call through our booking calendar (Calendly), or when you email us.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to you and to arrange calls and work with you. Nothing else.
Who processes it
Your information is processed by Calendly, which runs our booking calendar, and Google Workspace, which we use for email.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To use any of these rights, email us at partners@projectdeansgate.com and we'll sort it out.
Complaining
If you're not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (the UK's data protection regulator) at ico.org.uk.
